Bernhard Faber

„Cash is Reality – Profit is an Opinion!“

Bernhard was born on March 22nd 1970 in Konstanz, Germany. He passed the German high school exam (Abitur) in 1989 in Hanover. After completeing an apprenticship at Deutsche Bank in Hanover, Bernhard went on to attend Law Schools, first at the University of Hanover and finishing later in Constance (from 1993 to 1997).

After a legal clerkship in Constance and New York and passing the German bar exam in 1999, Bernhard enrolled as a student at the Fordham University School of Law and graduated with honors with a Master of Laws in Banking, Corporate and Finance Law in 2000.

Subsequently Bernhard remained in New York and built up an office for a publicly listed German company.

In 2003 Bernhard returned to Germany and has been working as a lawyer in interface positions between law and management since.
